Awesome cigarette! One of the best ones I have tried to be honest. Here is my video review #2 (permalink) 02 14 2013, 12 53 PM dman20 Member Join Date Dec 2011 Location United States Posts 77 Rep Power 10

Personally, I’ve had better. This cigarette actually left me pretty disappointed. I was expecting a Marlboro 27 on steroids here, and all I picked up was something that tasted like cheap pipe cut tobacco. Not the worst cigarette, but definitely not the best either. #3 (permalink) 02 14 2013, 09 11 PM jdwsmokes Moderator Join Date Jan 2013 Location United States Posts 104 Rep Power 12

Really? Wow, I’m kinda surprised! I think the smell was a lot different than some of the other cigarettes I’ve tried and it had a Turkish flavor, at least to me anyway. #4 (permalink) 02 14 2013, 10 19 PM smoker 4 life Junior Member Join Date Apr 2009 Location US Posts 2 Rep Power 0

they are pretty good jdw. i agree about the smell. they smell like fruit, vanilla, and cigar tobacco to me. Im of the opinion theyre strong too, but most people whove tried them think theyre weak. #5 (permalink) 02 15 2013, 12 59 AM Chief Smoker Super Moderator Join Date Oct 2008 Posts 446 Rep Power 50

I really like them… Some great flavors and also a good aftertaste on the smoke. I’d take them over everything except a Red. We’ll see where this one goes but definitely a sweet flavor. #6 (permalink) 02 15 2013, 01 55 AM Craven A Players Senior Member Join Date Jan 2013 Location SF Bay, USA Posts 193 Rep Power 22

They are most like a Camel Turkish Royal, maybe a bit as good as a blend 27 for people who enjoy flavored stick to my Luckies #8 (permalink) 10 17 2013, 03 18 AM regularfella Senior Member Join Date Oct 2013 Location United States Posts 102 Rep Power 12

Those things are damn TASTY! They have a strong Caramel/Chocolate thing going on. It even made the room I was smoking in smell good. I can’t say that about too many other cigarettes.

I even had a non smoking friend comment on how good they smell. #9 (permalink) 10 29 2013, 07 58 PM BeVar Junior Member Join Date Oct 2013 Posts 3 Rep Power 0 Southern Cut

Good stuff.

I want to roll my own. Been rolling my own for more than a year and it’s good.
Getting the right tobacco is the hard part. I’d like to get tobacco like Marlboro’s southern cut.

Anyone have a clue?

Any Camel smokers on here tried this brand? I tried em once, and these Marlboros taste like PM’s version of a Camel brand. I can’t tell which one is betta (Camel or Marb $27’s) cause I normally don’t like Camels anyway.

If PM wants to compete with Camel, they oughta make a NON FILTERED Marlboro brand. #2 (permalink) 01 12 2009, 04 15 PM CamelMan324 Senior Member Join Date Nov 2008 Posts 105 Rep Power 16

Now, I am a loyal Camel Filter smoker, I always have been, but occassionally if I’m drinking or something and want something new to smoke, then these would be my second smoke of choice after Camel Filters. #3 (permalink) 01 16 2009, 12 20 AM Chief Smoker Super Moderator Join Date Oct 2008 Posts 446 Rep Power 50 Marlboro 27’s

I posted about these a while ago. I kinda like them. They are shorter and quicker to smoke, perfect for the 3 minute nic fix you need every once in a while. A little bit fatter they also pack a nice punch and the best thing is that they are ALWAYS on sale or have a deal going at your local convienience store. #4 (permalink) 02 04 2009, 12 33 AM marlboroiswin Junior Member Join Date Feb 2009 Posts 2 Rep Power 0

I think these cigs are great. they have the strength of a red but isn’t as harsh. does’nt taste like chemicals, very good buzz. perfect cig. just like the pack says, smooth rich mellow. D #5 (permalink) 02 04 2009, 02 02 AM Rodwy Member Join Date Nov 2008 Posts 49 Rep Power 0

27’s are one of my favourite Marborlo cigs. Sure Reds are good, but 27’s are just better in my opinion. They’re a tie for my usual filtered smoke with Camel wides.

Some of my friends and me lovingly refer to them as copper tops for the colour of the pack. #6 (permalink) 02 04 2009, 11 23 AM seesolo Junior Member Join Date Jan 2009 Location space station 11 Posts 27 Rep Power 0

yea these are really good, sometimes you even get a hint of chocolate in them, what i love about them is when you snuff them out about halfway, the other half when you smoke it tastes better, and it gives off such a nice aroma in your carton, smells so delicious when you snuff it #7 (permalink) 02 04 2009, 10 10 PM bobbyT Senior Member Join Date Oct 2008 Posts 116 Rep Power 17

i’ve tried ’em a few times and i think they have a really nice, earthy mellow taste…i agree, it is reminiscent of a Camel taste… #8 (permalink) 09 26 2009, 05 12 AM Marlboro27 Junior Member Join Date Sep 2009 Location US Posts 6 Rep Power 0

I used to LOVE Marlboro 27s and they were my favorite cigarette until they started being produced with stupid FSC paper.

Now it’s ruined forever. #9 (permalink) 10 10 2009, 10 57 PM thor91 Member Join Date Jun 2009 Location US Posts 79 Rep Power 12

They are alright and last a good amount of time but kinda has that dip like brown sugar taste to me. And I can’t stand dip. But still ok. #10 (permalink) 10 12 2009, 05 09 AM cooldude Senior Member Join Date Oct 2008 Location Gulf Coast, Florida Posts 239 Rep Power 29

Now it’s ruined forever. I don’t use PM products at all. I’m really ticked off at them for all the things they are doing to hurt smokers even loyal brand smokers. Things like trying to stop ALL online sales of their products by putting the retailers out of business, changing over to FSC, financing tobacco free kids, promoting the PACT Act, etc….
